Explanation of turnaround time: Begins from time of proof approval. Based on business days - Monday through Friday, excluding all federal holidays.
Do not include shipping transit time.
Examples of turnaround time:
2-3 days: Submit files by 9:30 am(mst) Monday to receive online proof within a few hours. Approve proof before 4:00 pm (mst) Monday to have order ready for shipping Wednesday or Thursday.

NOTE: If we are unable to accept your files because they do not conform to our file format requirements, we will contact you by e-mail and request new files. This will delay your turnaround time.
